ABOUT MEGACENTER US

MEGACENTER US comprises of properties in Florida and Texas and is a subsidiary of Red Megacentro.

Our main focus is the leasing of mixed-use properties with strategically diverse development of self-storage units, offices suites and co-working space, showroom and retail space along with larger scaled warehouse and industrial space.

The majority of our customers are small businesses and entrepreneurs. We also cater to larger organizations and businesses who are mainly entertainment destinations, such as: Indoor Karting, Gym, Ping-Pong Academy, Skating Rink, Paddle Club, Escape room, Haunted House and more.

We are centrally focused to provide quality solutions for businesses with all of the modern conveniences, well appointed, safe and secure, easily accessed, climate controlled, and sustainable spaces. We have over 54 locations throughout South Florida, Texas, Chile and Peru. We currently have 60,000 m2 and another 60,000m2 of projects under development.
